1. Write your mission statement and re-read it as a constant reminder of the good you want to do in the world.

2. Accept that there are ups and downs in any job and be grateful to be in an industry you love.

3. Remember, for every problem there is a solution.  Don’t get stuck in the problem. Seek out a solution.
