TROUBLE SIGNING IN / CREATING AN ACCOUNT
I signed up for an account, but it won’t let me log in.
Normally, trouble signing in is caused by errors entering your password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. If you are still having trouble after ensuring that your password is correct, click here to reset your password. We will send you a new password via email (make sure the email does not go to a spam filter) and you can change your password by clicking on the Account Maintenance button.
ORDERS
I purchased a downloadloadable product, how do I download my product?
Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link for downloading the product. Please be aware that if you paid by e-check, the check must clear before you receive the download link. In addition, you must make sure you compete the payment process. Once you have completed your PayPal Payment, you MUST click the link to return to our website. This is the only way we are notified that you have made a purchase.
I received the email with the download link, but the download stopped, what do I do?
Once you have initiated the download via clicking the link provided in the email, the download is an automatic process. This process will normally only be interrupted if you have a problem with your internet connection, or your antivirus/firewall program. If the download starts, then stops, you can download the file again. The link allows you to download the product up to three times.
I completed my PayPal payment, but I did not click the button to return to this website. Did you get my order?
Clicking the button to return to this website is how we are notified by PayPal that your order was processed. If you did not click the button, contact us via the contact form, and explain that you did not click the button to complete the order. Please state exactly what you ordered, and give us your name, email address and the PayPal receipt number, as listed in your receipt. If you have not received a receipt from PayPal, it is unlikely that the order went through.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase items from this website?
No, you do not need a PayPal account. Once you are redirected to the PayPal page, you only need to press the CONTINUE button under the Guest Checkout section on the left. You can now pay securely via Credit Card, without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

ERROR MESSAGES
I am receiving a message that says I need to have cookies enabled to use the website
Cookies are extremely small plain text files that are used to track the ordering process. Cookies do not contain viruses or tell us any information you have not already provided to us. The cookie contains an ID number that enables the shopping cart to store your order information, and keep track of the products you ordered. You must enable cookies in your browser to use this website. Please refer to your browser help files for instructions on allowing cookies.
